Medicinally, it is said to stimulate digestion, be anti-nausea as an anti-inflammatory and relieves stomach cramps. It can be combined with other ingredients to soothe sore throats and skin irritations, if used properly. This ancient herb’s gentle yet effective nature makes it suitable to use with children. For these reasons, it is used widely in The Cunning Folkery products.
